These terms cover your use of our website and your participation in our events. We have written them to be readable, not impenetrable. The core of it: come in good faith, pay what is asked, and respect the people in the room. Everything else follows from that.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of any website, page, or service operated by Tango Secrets (the trading name for the activities of Pablito & Efi, Thessaloniki, Greece), including:
By using these sites or registering for any of our events, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Registration for the Seminar is confirmed only upon successful completion of the €5 charitable donation via our payment processor (Stripe). You will receive a confirmation email with a QR entry code. This QR code is your ticket. You must present it at the door, either on your phone or as a printed screenshot. Entry will not be granted without it.
The €5 is a charitable donation, not a ticket price. It is your vote. Every euro collected goes entirely to Syzoi, the charitable initiative presented at the Seminar. The workshops, live performance, and tango party are Pablito & Efi's gift to the room. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this.
Because the €5 is a charitable donation and goes directly to Syzoi, it is non-refundable once payment is processed. If you cannot attend and wish to transfer your registration to another person, contact us at hello@thetangosecrets.com at least 48 hours before the event.
If the event is cancelled by us for any reason, all registrants will be notified by email and a full refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.
If the event is postponed, your registration remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
The Seminar is limited to 70 participants. Once capacity is reached, registration closes. We do not maintain a waitlist — if registration closes, it closes. Check the page for live seat availability before completing payment.
Pablito & Efi may photograph and video the event for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. By attending, you acknowledge this. If you do not wish to appear in any published material, inform us in writing before the event and we will make reasonable efforts to exclude you from published images.
Attendees may not record the live performance ("The Returning") in any format. Photography of the workshops and tango party is permitted for personal use.
The Seminar is a space of shared experience and mutual respect. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, aggressive, or harmful to others, without refund. This applies on the day and in any associated digital spaces.
The workshops involve movement and physical contact typical of Argentine tango social dance. By registering, you confirm that you are physically able to participate in light physical activity and that you take responsibility for your own wellbeing. If you have any physical limitation, please inform us beforehand.

Private tango sessions (in-person in Thessaloniki or online) are booked individually. The following applies:

You may use our websites for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
We reserve the right to block access to any user who breaches these terms.

All content on our websites — including but not limited to text, photographs, video, design, layout, music, and code — is the intellectual property of Tango Secrets / Pablito & Efi, unless otherwise attributed. The Tango Secrets name and logo are unregistered trademarks and may not be used without our permission.
Photography credited to specific photographers (such as L George Photography) remains the copyright of those photographers and may not be reproduced without their consent.

We take care in everything we do, but we cannot guarantee that our websites are always available, error-free, or free from viruses. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of our websites or services, except where required by law.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our pages contain links to third-party websites (such as Instagram, Stripe, and Syzoi). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. A link from our site does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by Greek law and the applicable laws of the European Union. If a dispute arises that we cannot resolve between us, the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece shall have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings locally.
EU residents also have access to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We always prefer to resolve disputes directly and in good faith. Before pursuing any formal process, please write to us at hello@thetangosecrets.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For existing registered seminar participants, we will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
